Cory Williams, DDS

Dr. Cory Williams started his journey in dentistry by graduating from Durham Technical Community College’s School of Dental Laboratory Technology in 1989. He gained hands-on knowledge of the dental industry by working in a specialized crown and bridge laboratory for eight years. This led to his passion for dentistry, and he went on to graduate from the University of North Carolina in Wilmington in 1996 with a bachelor’s degree in biology. He went on to achieve his DDS degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s School of Dentistry in 2000. After graduating, he practiced general dental procedures like root canals, implants, oral surgery and restorations but became especially talented at cosmetic dentistry.

His awards include one from the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, as well as a Dental Anatomy Award and Distinguished Senior Award for Excellence in Prosthodontics from the Southeastern Academy of Prosthodontics.
